The board recently made a resolution to dissolve Staples Pension Fund (SPF). In doing so, it plans to transfer the pensions to an insurer.

Earlier, we informed you that six current board members were appointed subject to the approval of De Nederlandsche Bank (DNB). DNB has since approved these board members.
