Your accrued pension was transferred to Aegon Life Insurance (a subsidiary of a.s.r.) on 1 July 2025. The final transfer of the pension administration took place on 1 November 2025. You will receive some more correspondence from us regarding this transfer. Below is a summary of what you can expect from the Staples Pension Fund in liquidation.

• If you receive a pension, you will have recently received your 2025 annual tax statement. You can use this for your tax return next year. This annual statement shows the total pension payments for the first ten months (January to October) of 2025. For the last two months (November and December), which are paid by Aegon, you will receive a separate annual statement from Aegon in due course.
• Around 18 November, we will send you a letter explaining what the final transfer of your (accrued) pension means for you.
• Within a few weeks, you will receive a final overview of your (accrued) pension with the Staples Pension Fund as at 30 June 2025.

Logging in with DigiD currently not possible
Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to log in to MjjnStaplesPensioen via DigiD. We are working hard to find a solution. You will be able to consult MijnStaplesPensioen until 1 January 2026. You can also download your documents for your private archive. You can always request your documents from Aegon, as your file will be transferred to Aegon. From 20 November, you will be able to log in to the Aegon environment.
